Exam Profile Actions

You can perform the following actions from the Exam Profile:

Exam Profile Child Forms

The child forms section of the Exam Profile is divided into several tabs. Each tab contains one or more child forms containing information related to the exam.

The following tabs are available:

Fees Tab

An exam fee can be set-up for each exam you want to charge a fee to take. An exam fee may be required as part of the certification requirements. Adding an exam fee creates a product code and price and sets up the GL accounts for the exam fees. You can add exam fees for an exam from the Exam Profile. This is accomplished using the Fees Tab and the fees child form. Also associated with the exam fee is the exam name, location, exam dates, and the price attributes.

Participants Tab

The Participants Tab is used to track the exam participants who register for your exams. There is one child form under the Participants tab; the participants child form which shows those participants that register through the Exam module.

Offerings Tab

The Offerings Tab is used to keep track of each time you offer a delivery of the exam and each staff member responsible for grading the exams once they have been delivered. There are two child forms associated with the Offerings Tab; the exam dates child form and the graders child form.

Misc Tab

Use the Misc tab to keep track of linked products for an exam. Linked products are merchandise or a publication that an exam participant must also purchase to meet the qualification requirements for earning the CEU credits for an exam. For example, an individual may need to purchase a book of accounting regulations for the state they work in as well as pass the CPA exam in order to get credits awarded for passing the exam.
